If your link and graphic are accepted and you later change the content of your site to contain any adult content, racism, hate, or anything that may be deemed offensive your link will be removed. You will have one chance to submit a new link. If the instance occurs a second time your pixels will be forfeited and resold. 6. You may at any time request to have your graphic and link removed from the site. By doing so you forfeit your Billboard back to BillionDollarBillboards.com. The pixels will then be made publicly available. 7. Graphics must be of the same size as the amount of blocks purchased. ( If you purchase 1 block your graphic must be 10 pixels by 10 pixels.) 8. Graphics will be excepted in both "jpg" and "gif" file formats. 9. Graphics may not be animated. Only still graphics will be published. 10. The link submitted must be directed towards a site. Not to any direct file downloads, FTP servers, etc. So your link must begin with "http://" 11. When submitting a graphic and link you assume responsibility that you have permission to publish the graphic and link to the site. 12.
